Would it be worth buying a Xacti C6 to replace a C4?
Is the video quality any better?

as per the sanyo-dsc website, there is an imporvement in the lowlight condition for video.. a demo is available at their website, comparing the old xacti vs. c6...

I've upgraded from a C4 to a C6 just now. The low light performance is a bit better on the C6 (the C4 CCD puts out a lot of analogue video noise when it goes gain-up). Apart from that the MPEG-4 block noise is about the same, I'd say. The sound quality on the C6 is better.
Operationally the C6 is better. You can now change the flash setting without going into the menu. There are some picture style settings now as well to choose how saturated the pictures are and so on.
