keep taking loads of footage with c1 struggling alot though with copying & playing files ,sometimes have nmo sound ,other times won`t play at all ,can not play this media file no source filter any 1 help please ,either using nero ,vlc ,windows losing loads of footage ,

When reading mpeg4 files isued from xacti, I obtained best results with VLC player. I found that quicktime was not very efficient (sometimes slow).
Note that for best results, you may want to close other media player applications. For example and notably, I have sometimes sound problems when I leave Windows Media Player open while I read mp4 files with VLC. So I recommend you close WMP before launching VNC...

You may have a faulty SD Card. If possible try taking some footage on a different card and see if that makes a difference.
